Starshipit are an award-winning shipping fulfillment tech company focused on 'delivering great shipping experiences to their customers. One of the core marketing strategies for Starshipit is to be a thought leader in the shipping and fulfilment tech industry - providing the latest information, tips and trends. As the Digital Designer I worked closely with the Content Marketing Lead and Product Marketing Lead to create a series of videos for the monthly product update newsletters, our Linkedin and Youtube channels. These were based on monthly themes set by the Content Lead i.e. international shipping, shipping automatic etc. Video work also included tutorial videos for our Customer Success team to teach customers how to use the Starshipit app and monthly product update videos.
I also worked on a wide range of social media posts and for webinars and events, animated advertisements for social media to showcase our product and also marketing podcasts for the content strategy.
